  • 1 baked pizza crust (12-inch pre-baked, I like Boboli)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated (a mix of Parmesan and Romano Cheese Blend, the stuff in the canister)
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder,or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasonings
  • 1 1/2 cups pasta sauce (Italian sausage pasta sauce)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated (a mix of mozzarella & Provolone blend cheese)
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sweet onions, finely chopped (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  • Step 2: Brush olive oil evenly over crust.

  • Step 3: Then sprinkle the 4 Tablespoons of Parmesan Romano Blend, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder over the oiled crust.

  • Step 4: Bake for 10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.

  • Step 5: Cover with pasta sauce, making sure crust is evenly covered.

  • Step 6: Top with shredded cheese and if desired sprinkle with crushed red pepper and onion, then bake for 15 minutes or until sauce is slightly bubbling and cheese is lightly browned.
