  • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
  • 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom, ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (crushed)
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 ounces green olives (pitted, drained, unstuffed and room temperature, 3 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 5 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat first 8 ingredients in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add olives; toss to coat.
