Step 1: Grate zest from lemons, and juice them.
Step 2: Mix zest and juice with remaining marinade ingredients.
Step 3: Place turkey in a nonmetallic dish.
Step 4: Spoon marinade over turkey, turning to coat breast.
Step 5: Cover and refrigerate several hours, or (preferably) overnight.
Step 6: To cook, place turkey and marinade in the slow cooker, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until tender.
Step 7: Serve hot.
Step 8: Cool; cover and refrigerate.
Step 9: Slice or chop.
