  • 1 egg white
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 325-degrees. Lightly coat baking sheets with nonfat cooking spray.

  • Step 2: Cream the sugar and butter at medium speed of a mixer until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).

  • Step 3: Add extracts, egg, egg white; beat well.

  • Step 4: Combine flour, baking soda, and spices; stir well. Gradually add to creamed mixture, beating well.

  • Step 5: Drop dough by level tablespoons onto baking sheets.
