Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/3 cup oil (olive oil)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger (finely grated)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemons or 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pounds sea bass fillets (or 2 lbs grouper fillets)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients together in a shallow non-reactive container.

  • Step 2: Marinate fish in mixture for 4 hours, spooning some of the mixture over the fish.

  • Step 3: Grill fillets on the grill or on a hot griddle.

  • Step 4: Baste with marinade on both sides until fish is cooked. (Don't use marinade on COOKED fish).
