Step 1: In a large bowl combine first 6 ingredients.
Step 2: Stir in the pizza sauce.
Step 3: Place a scant 1/4-cup filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
Step 4: Fold bottom corner over the filling, then fold sides towards center of the filling.
Step 5: Moisten the remaining corner with warm water and roll up tightly to seal.
Step 6: In an electric skillet using 1-inch of oil heat oil to 375 degrees F.
Step 7: Fry the pizza rolls for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Step 8: Drain on paper towels.
Step 9: Serve with additional pizza sauce.
