Step 1: Separate ground beef into 4 even sections.
Step 2: Place each section between waxed paper about 6 x 6-inch .
Step 3: Roll or pound to 1/4 inch thick.
Step 4: Spread each "burger" with mustard.
Step 5: Add chopped onion, evenly.
Step 6: Add garlic evenly.
Step 7: Add cheese evenly.
Step 8: Add hot sauce.
Step 9: Place one hot dog on one edge of "burger".
Step 10: Roll and seal.
Step 11: Either cook over hot coals or pan fry until done to your liking (about 15 - 20 minutes).
Step 12: Serve on rolls.
