Step 1: In a bowl beat condensed milk, lemon juice, and yolks until thick (5 minutes or so). Pour into pre-baked pie shell.
Step 2: In clean bowl, beat egg whites with sugar to taste until thick (stiff peaks). Spread the meringue over the top of the pie.
Step 3: Bake at 350 until meringue is browned slightly (5-10 minutes).
Step 4: Chill and serve.
