Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 crackers)
  • 6 Tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • Filling:
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 3 large eggs (room temp)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmellows

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Crust: Combine crumbs, butter and sugar in a small bowl, mix well and transfer to a 9 inch pie plate.

  • Step 3: Press evenly over bottom and sides.

  • Step 4: Bake until firm about 10 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.

  • Step 5: Filling: Bring cream to a boil in a small pan over medium high heat.

  • Step 6: Place chocolate in a bowl and pour cream on top. Let sit 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.

  • Step 7: Whisk in eggs and vanilla.

  • Step 8: Pour into crust and bake until set, about 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

  • Step 9: Just before serving, preheat broiler to high, setting an oven rack 5 inches from heat source.

  • Step 10: Spread marshmallows over top of pie and broil until toasted, watching carefully to prevent scorching, 20-30 seconds.
