Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Crust: Combine crumbs, butter and sugar in a small bowl, mix well and transfer to a 9 inch pie plate.
Step 3: Press evenly over bottom and sides.
Step 4: Bake until firm about 10 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Step 5: Filling: Bring cream to a boil in a small pan over medium high heat.
Step 6: Place chocolate in a bowl and pour cream on top. Let sit 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
Step 7: Whisk in eggs and vanilla.
Step 8: Pour into crust and bake until set, about 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
Step 9: Just before serving, preheat broiler to high, setting an oven rack 5 inches from heat source.
Step 10: Spread marshmallows over top of pie and broil until toasted, watching carefully to prevent scorching, 20-30 seconds.
