Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (I used a little less)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt (more for the top)
  • 1 package dry (16 ounces) spaghetti (cooked)
  • 1 pound cooked Italian sausage (or ground beef, cooked)
  • 4 cups spaghetti sauce (I used Prego sauce)
  • 3 1/2 ounces sliced pepperoni
  • 1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms (stems and pieces, drained)
  • 1 small yellow onion, small (chopped)
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (2 cups)
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl whisk the eggs and milk and garlic salt. Add spaghetti; toss to coat thoroughly. Transfer then spread into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Top with the cooked sausage meat, spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms and onion. Sprinkle with more garlic salt.

  • Step 2: Bake uncovered at 350° for 20 minutes.

  • Step 3: Remove then sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Return back to oven and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

  • Step 4: Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
