  • 1 pound smoked sausage (cut in 2 inch lengths)
  • 1 teaspoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, medium (cut in wedges)
  • 1 can (16 ounce) sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 4 potatoes, red (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper

  • Step 1: In a large skillet, brown smoked sausage in olive oil, add onions and cook for 3 minutes.
