Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: In large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour and butter.
Step 3: Add the frozen blueberries and mix together.
Step 4: Place the pie shell in a glass pie plate.
Step 5: Pour fruit mixture into pie shell.
Step 6: Add top pie shell, seal edges and make vent holes.
Step 7: Place on a baking sheet.
Step 8: Bake for 10 minutes and reduce heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 9: Cook for an additional 50 minutes, until crust is a light golden color.
Step 10: Cool and serve.
