Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 (10 inch each) pie pastry
  • 4 cups strawberries, frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter (at room temperature)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: In large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour and butter.

  • Step 3: Add the frozen blueberries and mix together.

  • Step 4: Place the pie shell in a glass pie plate.

  • Step 5: Pour fruit mixture into pie shell.

  • Step 6: Add top pie shell, seal edges and make vent holes.

  • Step 7: Place on a baking sheet.

  • Step 8: Bake for 10 minutes and reduce heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 9: Cook for an additional 50 minutes, until crust is a light golden color.

  • Step 10: Cool and serve.
