  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 jar (8 ounce) Dijon mustard (use only half the jar and must use a good quality Dijon mustard!)
  • 2 cups heavy cream (whipping cream)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoons whole black peppercorn, crushed (crush after you measure 1 tablespoon)
  • Salt, to taste

  • Step 1: In a saucepan combine minced garlic, whipping cream, sour cream, mustard and peppercorns. Cook and stir over low heat until heated through.
