Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2: Toss sprouts, oil, salt and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet.
Step 3: Roast, stirring once or twice, for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Add cranberries and pecans and stir.
Step 5: Roast another 5 minutes, or until sprouts are golden on the outside and tender inside.
Step 6: Transfer to a bowl and serve.
