Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved lengthwise if sprouts are small, leave whole if desired)
  • 2 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (sea salt)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (i.e. Craisins)
  • 1/4 cup pecan nuts (pieces)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F.

  • Step 2: Toss sprouts, oil, salt and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet.

  • Step 3: Roast, stirring once or twice, for 30 minutes.

  • Step 4: Add cranberries and pecans and stir.

  • Step 5: Roast another 5 minutes, or until sprouts are golden on the outside and tender inside.

  • Step 6: Transfer to a bowl and serve.
