Step 4: Lay some watercress on each slice
Step 5: Lay the cress along the short end of the slices, sticking out a bit
Step 6: Roll each slice tightly cigar shape
Step 7: To serve cut each roll into bite size pieces
Step 8: Place on platter cut side down.
