  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat cream cheese (plain)
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 2 cups Watercress (cleaned, trimmed or arugula)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Separate the salmon into slices

  • Step 2: Mix the cream cheese and horseradish

  • Step 3: Spread the cream cheese on each salmon slice

  • Step 4: Lay some watercress on each slice

  • Step 5: Lay the cress along the short end of the slices, sticking out a bit

  • Step 6: Roll each slice tightly cigar shape

  • Step 7: To serve cut each roll into bite size pieces

  • Step 8: Place on platter cut side down.
