  • 17 ounces corn (one can whole kernel corn, drained)
  • 17 ounces cream style corn (one can, don't drain)
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted and cooled)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten (large)
  • Corn muffin mix (one package Betty Crocker)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.

  • Step 2: In a bowl, beat eggs. Add in cooled butter, sour cream, corn and Betty Crocker corn muffin mix, stir with a spoon until mixed.

  • Step 3: Put everything into a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole.

  • Step 4: Bake 1 hour.

  • Step 5: Serve and enjoy!
