Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 small acorn squash (cut in half, seeds removed)
  • Salad dressing (2 tablespoons Kraft Olive oil fig balsamic dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (or same amount splenda brown sugar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (powder)
  • 1 large apple (peeled, finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons sweet onion, finely chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven 375f

  • Step 2: Cut side down bake your squash for 30-45 minutes

  • Step 3: Mix together the balsamic dressing, brown sugar, rosemary, apple and onion

  • Step 4: Fill the cavities with the mixture

  • Step 5: Place in Baking dish, cover with foil

  • Step 6: Bake for a further 30 minutes

  • Step 7: Uncover for the last 15 minutes
