  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • Salt, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Poke each pepper once with a fork.

  • Step 2: Place on rack in the smoker and smoke for 2 hours at 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 3: Remove and discard the tails.

  • Step 4: Place in a bowl and toss with the oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

  • Step 5: Enjoy!
