  • 1 package (10 ounce) frozen spinach (thawed and very well drained)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided (or cheddar or cheese of choice)
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage meat, cooked
  • 4 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 to 3 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (using only 1 cup of mozzarella cheese) until very well combined

  • Step 5: Sprinkle remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese over the top.
