Step 1: Combine water, salt and yeast in a large plastic tub or bowl with a lid; set aside for 10 minutes or until it starts to bubble.
Step 2: Dump flour in all at once and mix with greased hands (dough will be very sticky).
Step 3: Place lid on tub without sealing, and set dough aside to rise for 1-2 hours.
Step 4: Preheat oven to 450F; grease three 9x5-inch loaf pans.
Step 5: Split dough into thirds and press into prepared pans, smoothing the top.
Step 6: Bake at 450F for 30 minutes, let cool and slice.
Step 7: If you don't want to make three loaves right away, remaining dough can be refrigerated for up to three weeks.
