Step 1: Cover the entire roast with the onion powder, garlic powder and steak seasoning. Do not add any salt!
Step 2: Place roast in crock pot.
Step 3: Add the water to the crock pot, making sure it reaches all the way up the sides of the roast, but not covering the top.
Step 4: Sprinkle the bouillon packets over the water and mix in. Cover.
Step 5: Turn crock pot on low and cook for 3-5 hours, depending on size of roast and crock pot. Allow extra time just in case your crock pot is different than mine. It is done when the roast falls apart when you try to lift it with a fork.
Step 6: You can make gravy from the juices.
