Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Sandwich rounds, Honey Wheat thins (2 sandwich rounds, I used the Oroweat brand)
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 2 slices 2 ounces) fat-free cheese (your choice, I used provolone)
  • 1/2 avocado, halved (peeled and mashed)
  • 4 ounces ham (Natural Choice Ham, Applewood smoked or use turkey)
  • 1 ounce water (opt)
  • Seasoning (of your choice if any)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat eggs with water if you are using it.

  • Step 2: Cook in a skillet but do not scramble them.

  • Step 3: Mash avocado and spread equally on each half of bread.

  • Step 4: When the eggs are done separate them into 2 halves for 2 sandwiches.

  • Step 5: Lay the cheese on top and fold the egg over the cheese.

  • Step 6: Divide the ham in half and heat in the skillet.

  • Step 7: Lay the eggs with cheese on one slice of bread.

  • Step 8: Lay ham on top of the egg.

  • Step 9: Put on cover and LOVE IT!
