Step 1: Place chard and spinach in a microwave safe bowl with the water, cover and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Step 2: Place frozen squash and broccoli on top of cooked greens and microwave, covered, another 1 1/2 minutes.
Step 3: Add quinoa and beans on top of vegetables, cover, and microwave an additional 1 minute or until all ingredients are warmed through.
Step 4: Remove from microwave and mix together with a spoon.
