  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (I use splenda)
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sliced ginger (thinly sliced)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 pound bok choy (baby bok choy, quartered)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together soy sauce, sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved.

  • Step 2: Heat sesame oil over medium high heat; stirfry garlic, ginger and sesame seeds until golden, about 2 minutes. Add bok choy and soy mixture, cover and cook until fork tender, about 3 minutes.
