  • 8 ounces lean ground beef
  • 1 cup mushrooms, fresh, minced
  • 1/2 cup onions, minced (sweet onions)
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • Webbers burger spice (2 teaspoons)
  • 10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup, low sodium
  • 1/4 cup milk (2%)
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (Frank's)
  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: On a lightly oiled skillet brown the hamburger, separat the meat so there are no lumps, about 5 minutes.

  • Step 2: Add onion and garlic to the pan, continue cooking for another 5 minutes, stirring often

  • Step 3: Add remaining ingredients, stir well

  • Step 4: Season with salt and pepper

  • Step 5: Cover and continue simmering the sauce for a further 10 minutes

  • Step 6: Serve over your favorite pasta
