Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 hungarian smoked sausages, 6 inches long
  • 1/2 sweet green pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 sweet red pepper, sliced
  • 3/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 large garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup sweet onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup zesty italian salad dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 hot dog shaped buns

How to Make

  • Step 1: Lightly spray a large skillet with oil , medium heat

  • Step 2: Brown the sausages for a minute, add the peppers, onions and mushrooms, stir fry for 5 minutes

  • Step 3: Pour in the italian dressing and let it bubble and reduce to nothing. Season with salt and pepper. Stir the vegetables a few times so they don't burn. Takes approximately 6 minutes

  • Step 4: Place the sausage on the bun and divide the vegetable between the two buns
