Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 box (18 ounce) white cake mix
  • 1 box (4 ounce) vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup oil (canola oil)
  • 1 cup wine, white
  • 4 large eggs
  • GLAZE
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk (whole milk)
  • Ground cinnamon (dash)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2: Grease a 10 inch bundt pan.

  • Step 3: Combine sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in small bowl. Dust bundt pan

  • Step 4: With mixture.

  • Step 5: In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg,

  • Step 6: Canola oil, wine and eggs. Beat on medium speed for 5 minutes. Carefully pour into prepared pan.

  • Step 7: Bake for 50 – 60 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Let cake cool on rack, in pan, for 10 minutes. Remove from pan, place cake on wire rack and

  • Step 8: Cool completely.

  • Step 9: GLAZE: Combine confectioners’ sugar, milk and cinnamon in small bowl and whisk until smooth. Stir in additional milk until icing reaches desired consistency. Drizzle over top of cake.
