Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound shrimp (cooked, peeled, deveined and tail removed)
  • 1/3 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Old Bay Seasoning (2 teaspoons)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 head lettuce (of choice)
  • 1 red pepper, chopped (medium pepper)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, worchestershire and seasoning.

  • Step 2: Cut shrimp in half.

  • Step 3: Combine the shrimp with the dressing and chill for 1 hour.

  • Step 4: Serve on bed of lettuce and sprinkle with chopped red peppers
