Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F
Step 2: Cook Spaghetti “al dente” only to a little past halfway. Drain
Step 3: In a medium bowl mix together the thawed creamed spinach, egg, sour cream, milk, onion, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder, salt then season with a pinch of pepper and nutmeg.
Step 4: Mix in the cooked spaghetti until completely covered with spinach mixture (I use my hands for mixing).
Step 5: Pour everything into a 9 inch baking dish that`s greased.
Step 6: Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 7: Bake for 30-35 minutes.
