Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Frozen creamed spinach (the one with cream, thawed
  • 4 ounces spaghetti (dry)
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 6 tablespoons milk (whole milk)
  • 1/2 onion, chopped finely
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 egg (large, lighty beaten)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper and ground nutmeg (a pinch or to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (or cheese that you desire)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F

  • Step 2: Cook Spaghetti “al dente” only to a little past halfway. Drain

  • Step 3: In a medium bowl mix together the thawed creamed spinach, egg, sour cream, milk, onion, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder, salt then season with a pinch of pepper and nutmeg.

  • Step 4: Mix in the cooked spaghetti until completely covered with spinach mixture (I use my hands for mixing).

  • Step 5: Pour everything into a 9 inch baking dish that`s greased.

  • Step 6: Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.

  • Step 7: Bake for 30-35 minutes.
