  • 8 pork chops (boneless, medium thickness)
  • Garlic salt and pepper (or Lawrys seasoning salt instead of garlic salt if you want)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 12 ounces chili sauce (one 12 ounce bottle mild chili sauce)
  • Oil (for browning)
  • Cornstarch (mixed with water to thicken the sauce if you want)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a skillet.

  • Step 2: Season the pork with garlic salt or seasoning salt and pepper on both sides. Add to skillet and brown on both sides.

  • Step 3: Transfer the pork chops to a greased 9x13 casserole dish.

  • Step 4: Mix the minced garlic with chili sauce with grape jelly. Pour over the pork chops.

  • Step 5: Cook in a 350 degree preheat oven for 30 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees and the pork is very tender.
