Step 1: Whisk together the mayonnaise, agave, vinegar, grainy mustard, salt and pepper and set aside.
Step 2: Chop the lettuce and onion into thin shreds and toss together.
Step 3: Mix the mayonnaise mixture with the salad and onion mix making sure everything is well coated; set aside.
Step 4: Pull the warm smoked shoulder apart with 2 forks, discarding all the fat and grizzle.
Step 5: Place the pulled pork over the buns (you can toast the buns before if you like).
Step 6: Top the meat with a good drizzle of the BBQ sauce and a scoop of the the salad mixture.
Step 7: Add top bun and enjoy!
