Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • Taco Seasoning mix (1 package)
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 14 ounces black beans beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 3 green green onions, diced
  • 2 tomatoes diced (large Roma)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • Creamy French Dressing or Ranch dressing (1 bottle)
  • Nacho Cheese Doritos (1 bag, use only Nacho Cheese Doritos, they are the best)
  • Sour cream (what ever amount that you want to use)
  • Sliced avocado (what ever amount that you want to use)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown the ground beef in a skillet (8-10 minutes) Drain, add the taco seasoning packet and water, cook stirring according to the packet directions. Keep warm until ready to serve.

  • Step 2: TO ASSEMBLE: Coarsely crush some Doritos on bottom a large serving bowl or plate (a few handfuls will do). Then the lettuce on top, then warm (not hot) taco meat, red beans, green onions, tomatoes, salad dressing, cheddar cheese, sour cream, olives then chopped avocado cubes.

  • Step 3: Serve!
