Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 figs (large, ripe, firm figs, any variety, stem removed, cut in half lengthwise)
  • 2 teaspoons oil (extra virgin olive oil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Favorite cheese (4 ounces, brie, camembert, stilton, goat, bleue, cut in 1/2 inch cubes)
  • 4 prosciutto ham (thin slices, cut into 1" ribbons)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the figs cut side up on a serving tray

  • Step 2: Drizzle each fig with 1/4 teaspoon olive oil

  • Step 5: Wrap with a ribbon of prosciutto
