Step 1: In a medium sized skillet, melt 2 Tablespoons margarine over low heat and add onions.
Step 2: Cook onions until soft.
Step 3: Turn heat up to medium and add remaining margarine and flour and stir until well blended.
Step 4: Pour milk in a little at a time and stir until thickened, at this point you might need more milk.
Step 5: Stir in all seasonings until well combined.
Step 6: Then add cut up Turkey Burger or if using, Turkey Meatballs.
Step 7: Return heat to low, stirring occasionally until meat is heated through.
Step 8: Pour over toast and sprinkle each serving with 1/4 cup cheese if using.
