Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F; cover a baking sheet with sides with aluminum foil and coat foil with cooking spray.
Step 2: Lay fish fillets on foil; skin side down.
Step 3: Mix together remaining ingredients except lemon juice; spread evenly over fish, coating entire top of each fillet.
Step 4: Sprinkle lemon juice evenly over the fish.
Step 5: Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
