Step 1: Heat vegetable or canola oil in a skillet, atleast 2 inches deep.
Step 2: Meanwhile dice the onions and combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Step 3: Drop by rounded teaspoons full into hot oil.
Step 4: Cook until golden brown, flip over while they cook to make sure both sides brown.
Step 5: Drain on paper towels.
Step 6: Enjoy!
