  • 1 can (16 ounce) kidney beans (light red kidney beans, rinsed)
  • 2 yellow onions, chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced thinly
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup red wine
