Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 tomatoes, whole (large ripe tomatoes)
  • Olive oil (as much as you want)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a frying pan, brown garlic in the olive oil.

  • Step 2: Cut tomatoes in half and put cut side up on a plate or flat pan

  • Step 3: Brush the olive oil over tomatoes then sprinkle with garlic.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle Italian seasoning and salt and pepper on them

  • Step 5: Sprinkle Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on and put directly on grill cheesy side up

  • Step 6: Grill until tomatoes are soft and char coaled and cheese is thoroughly melted.
