Step 1: Mix oil with remaining 10 ingredients. transfer to a freezer bag. Add in turkey steaks. Toss with marinade.
Step 2: Place in the fridge for 6 hours or for 24 hours. Toss the bag a couple of times during fridge time.
Step 3: Preheat Grill.
Step 4: Grill steaks over direct medium-high heat for about 10 minutes until a thermometer probe reads 170°F.
Step 5: Remove from grill, cover loosely with foil and let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.
