Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 5 pounds turkey breast (one 5 pound turkey breast, boneless, skinless cut into 6-8 steaks)
  • 1/2 cup oil (vegetable oil)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons ginger (finely chopped)
  • 4 to 6 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons Chinese five spice
  • 4 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • Pepper (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix oil with remaining 10 ingredients. transfer to a freezer bag. Add in turkey steaks. Toss with marinade.

  • Step 2: Place in the fridge for 6 hours or for 24 hours. Toss the bag a couple of times during fridge time.

  • Step 3: Preheat Grill.

  • Step 4: Grill steaks over direct medium-high heat for about 10 minutes until a thermometer probe reads 170°F.

  • Step 5: Remove from grill, cover loosely with foil and let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.
