  • 1 cucumber (large)
  • 4 ounces green chilies (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (medium)
  • 2 jalapenos (fresh, seeded)
  • 2 cups spinach (fresh baby spinach)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Very finely chop first 6 ingredients and put in a large bowl.
