  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups hummus (prepared hummus)
  • 1 1/2 cups cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, chopped (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • Multigrain tortilla chips/pita chips

How to Make

  • Step 1: Prepare a 9-inch pie plate (deep dish) or a shallow dish.

  • Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl beat cream cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and garlic with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and combined.

  • Step 3: Spread cream cheese mixture into pie plate.

  • Step 4: Evenly spread hummus on cream cheese layer.

  • Step 5: Top with cucumber, tomato, olives, feta cheese and green onions.

  • Step 6: Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or more.

  • Step 7: Serve with chips.
