Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl beat cream cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and garlic with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and combined.
Step 3: Spread cream cheese mixture into pie plate.
Step 4: Evenly spread hummus on cream cheese layer.
Step 5: Top with cucumber, tomato, olives, feta cheese and green onions.
Step 6: Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or more.
Step 7: Serve with chips.
