Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces beer (355 ml)
  • 3 teaspoons mustard (prepared mustard)
  • 3 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 1/2 pounds pork ribs (3 racks)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together all the ingredients except for the ribs in a large re-sealable plastic bag.

  • Step 2: Split the racks in half and add to the marinade.

  • Step 3: Allow to marinate at least 4 hours.

  • Step 4: Place in the smoker and smoke at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 1/2 hours.

  • Step 5: Serve as is or toss with your favourite BBQ sauce.
