The ingredients are:
  • 6 tablespoon oil (I use olive oil)
  • 12 shrimp, jumbo (shelled and deveined)
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 red pepper (fresh seeded and cut into small pieces)
  • 1 onion, medium (chopped)
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons curry powder (to taste)
  • 1 tomato (peeled, seeded and sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (or celery leaves) (chopped)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp on both sides for 5 minutes; reduce heat and add the garlic, red pepper, onion, salt, curry and tomato; simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley or celery leaves before serving.
