Step 1: Make a shallow cut in the middle of each piece of baguette; pour a generous teaspoon of olive oil over each piece and place on oven tray; broil for about 5 minutes until well browned; set aside to cool.
Step 2: Combine in a medium bowl, the crab, tomato, green onion, seafood sauce, mayoonnaise and sea salt and pepper; stir well.
Step 3: Spread open the cut in each toasted baguette piece and fill generously with crab mixture.
Step 4: Serve immediately with napkins !
