Step 1: Wash scallops and pat dry.
Step 2: Put flour mixed with salt and freshly ground pepper in a medium bowl; roll scallops in flour.
Step 3: Heat olive oil over medium low heat; shake off any excess flour mixture and add scallops and cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Halfway through cooking, stir in garlic. Stir in parsley and serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley sprigs. Serve over rice or pasta.
