Step 1: Scrub the potatoes well leaving the skin on; cut them into 1/4 inch slices.
Step 2: Place the potatoes in a bowl and cover with water.
Step 3: Soak for a couple of hours.
Step 4: Drain the potatoes and pat them dry.
Step 5: Mix the oil and onion salt together and brush over the potato slices.
Step 6: Place the potato slices on a preheated medium high grill; cook for 4 to 5 minutes each side, until they are cooked through.
