Step 1: Heat the water to boiling.
Step 2: Pour over teabags and steep for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Place mint, and sugar in a very tall pilsner style glass and muddle ( crush and mix ).
Step 4: Add slice of lime.
Step 5: Add gin.
Step 6: Add ice.
Step 7: Pour warm tea over all.
Step 8: Finish with tonic water.
Step 9: Serve.
