Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 box (1.34 ounce) sugar free Instant Jell-O pudding mix (chocolate)
  • 1 1/4 cup 1% milk
  • 1 container (8 ounce) lite frozen topping (thawed, COOL WHIP Lite or Sugar Free)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together the pudding mix and the milk in a large bowl just until it begins to thicken.

  • Step 2: Immediately whisk in half of the cool whip (This should to be done quickly to avoid lumps, I suggest only doing half of the cool whip so that it's manageable to mix in quickly).

  • Step 3: Fold in the remaining cool whip with a rubber spatula.

  • Step 4: Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator covered.

  • Step 5: Add toppings as desired.

  • Step 6: FOR FUN FLAVOR VARIATIONS:

  • Step 7: 1. NUTELLA: 1/4 cup nutella + prepared chocolate pudding

  • Step 8: 2. Peanut Butter: 1/4 cup peanut butter + prepared vanilla pudding

  • Step 9: 3. Cookies and Cream: 1 cup crushed Oreos + prepared white chocolate pudding

  • Step 10: 4. Salted Caramel: substitute 1/4 cup caramel sundae sauce for 1/4 cup milk + 1/2 tbsp sea salt + vanilla pudding

  • Step 11: 5. Substitute a flavored creamer for half of the milk

  • Step 12: 6. Cheesecake flavored pudding works well with just about everything!
