Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Cupcakes:
Step 3: Mix wet ingredients, then add sifted dry ingredients until well blended.
Step 4: Fill cupcake tins half way.
Step 5: Bake for 18 minutes.
Step 6: Once done, cool on wire rack.
Step 7: Frosting:
Step 8: Cream butter.
Step 9: Add powdered sugar, vanilla, cocoa, milk a little bit at a time. (You want to be able to pipe the frosting).
Step 10: Whipped Buttercream Frosting:
Step 11: To make it Whipped Buttercream Frosing, you have to mix the frosting with an electric mixer, on high speed, for about 3 minutes.
Step 12: Place frosting in your piping bag, then frost cupcakes.
