Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup half and half
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to your taste)
  • 1 bag(16 ounces) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), thawed
  • 2 cans(4.5 ounces each) chicken breast, drained (Swanson Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water)
  • 1(7.5 ounce) package refrigerated biscuit (10 biscuits)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Stir the condensed soup with cream, garlic, 3/4 cup cheese, black pepper and salt in a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Stir in the vegetables and chicken.

  • Step 3: Bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the chicken mixture.

  • Step 4: Remove from the oven and top the chicken mixture with the biscuits then sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top all over the top.

  • Step 5: Place back in oven, bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
